This is a bit of a strange one! If you're a fan of Long Cold Winter or Still Climbing then this may be a dissapointment. The idea here seems to be raising the bands profile in the U.S.A. This is reflected in the almost Country(ish) sound. The main reason I like this band is that they rock when they want, but when they try a ballad the quality is still there. Unfortunately this album did nothing for me. The rock is replaced with... ballads, and the ballads are replaced with... more ballads. If any other "Rock" band had produced this then the result might be better, however Cinderella have donemore… themselves no justice. If you're new to the band try Long Cold Winter or Still Climbing as here you'll see just how good they are when they want to be. Overall not too good, but certainly not desperate.
